320 N. Michigan is a privately owned and managed building primarily serving students attending Kendall College, but is also home to non-affiliated students. Our 26 stories of furnished luxury apartments include a staffed lobby, exercise room, bicycle storage room and available underground parking. Most students will be assigned three to an apartment. Each apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen and appliance package including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer and a private bath. Unless a specific roommate is requested, same-gender students with the same smoking preferences are matched with each other.

320 N. Michigan is privately owned and managed under an agreement with Kendall College. The building is primarily for Kendall students, but also is home to other students and young professionals. Built in 1983 and completely remodeled in 2000, the building contains 26 stories of furnished luxury apartments with a staffed lobby, exercise room and available underground parking.
CTA buses and "el" stops are all within easy walking distance of 320 N. Michigan. For example, just two blocks away at Randolph/Wabash, you can ride any "el" line in the CTA system, including lines serving both airports. Taxis are abundant on Michigan Avenue just outside your front door.
When living off-campus, students are often forced to live with inferior property management, lax building security and even sub-standard building code and fire safety systems. Students living off-campus also often lose that community atmosphere that occurs when housed with other students. As Kendall sponsored housing, 320 N. Michigan’s lobby will be staffed with a doorman 24/7. Additionally, Kendall-trained Resident Advisors will provide that collegial experience by means of programming and community building. Further, the building is fully equipped with sprinklers for fire protection and meets or exceeds all building codes for life safety.
