Kendall students living at 320 N. Michigan will contract with Kendall College and housing charges will be processed to the student account. Rates are highly competitive for downtown Chicago and, billed quarterly, they will fit within most student budgets. Introductory apartment sizes and rates (per person) are as follows:

Triple Occupancy Studio Apartment ~ 675 sq.ft.: $9,000 per year

  • The standard Kendall College Housing Agreement (a binding contract) is for the term of September 18, 2004 (September 11, 2004 for first-year, freshman) through August 31, 2004.
  • If the student graduates, occupancy will be terminated as of the date of graduation. (A student needs to be fully paid for the quarter ending in order to graduate).
  • If a student is not enrolled in a quarter, he/she will have to vacate the unit (within 3 days of the start of a quarter) and pay the cancellation fee of $1500.
  • NEW STUDENTS and NON-RESIDENTS will be required to pay a $350 pre-payment, which will be directly deposited into the student's account and essentially pays for the first $350 of the housing charges."
  • CONTINUING RESIDENTS will have their $200 security deposit rolled forward (if not already refunded) OR are required to pay a $200 pre-payment, which will be directly deposited into the student's account and essentially pays for the first $200 of the housing charges
  • For the period that we operate on 2 campuses, we will provide a shuttle bus from 320 to Evanston and back – twice per day.
